This report was designed to detail services provided by the Assistant in Surgery when surgeons included the Assistant on their invoice so they would know what to pay them. The Assistant details need to be added in Contact Management - Assistant.

With ECLIPSE, this is no longer the case, as the Assistant is added as a separate Entity/Provider in DCM for claiming.
