Workflow

• Generate an Informed Financial Consent (IFC)
• Carry out an Online Eligibility Check
• Any Excess and/or CoPayments will populate in Client Insurance
• Take the Excess and/or as a Prepayment prior to the service
• Convert the IFC to an Invoice after the service
• Associate the Invoice to an Admission
• On meeting the Health Fund Contract, the IHC button will appear on the sidebar of the Admission form to transmit the claim
• Allocate the Prepayment

Generate a Prepayment

• Select Prepayment on the sidebar of the IFC and the OOP will populate, or
• Select Prepayment in Client Transactions
• Enter relevant detail

• Prepayment Templates can be added to select thus saving data entry ... About AutoText Templates – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)
• The Prepayment(Receipt) can be emailed or printed
• Appointment Status will change to Prepayment Taken

Uninsured Patients

• It is recommended for patients with no private health insurance to take a Prepayment, in full, prior to a service being provided
