- The Recurring Appointment feature can be used to setup Schedules
- Ensure you have an Appointment Type with the word Schedule included in the Description
- Also have a Non-Client called Schedule
- Double click in the grey section at the top of the Calendar under the Entity's name
- Search and select the Non-Client Schedule
- Select Appointment Type Schedule and Location if necessary
- Select Recurrence on the sidebar
- Click on the checkbox for All Day
- Select the Recurrence Pattern and Range of Recurrence
- Select OK and Close
- The Schedule now shows the recurring symbol
informing you that this Schedule is part of a series
- On editing the Schedule, there is the prompt to change just this one occurrence or to change the entire series
- On selecting Change this occurrence, the recurring symbol will now look like this
informing you that it was part of a series
- On selecting Change the series, the entire series will change
