List View

• New column SMS Sent. Checkbox is ticked if an SMS is sent on the day. This is not the Appointment Confirmation SMS. Select the checkbox and the Client Record - Communications form is launched

Admissions

• Extra validation on Separation Time must be equal to or later than Admission Time

Communications/Results

• New section MHR that lists files uploaded to My Health Record
• For communications downloaded via HL7 there is a right-click men Go to HL7 Message
• Results Unallocated (Client/Entity) are now listed under To Be Actioned

Online Claiming

• New column Location on all sections
• New right-click menu Get Report for Patient Claims (PC). this displays the claim's response that is returned at the time of transmission

• Excel (not new just a reminder)
  • Many DCM forms have an Export button to save data to an Excel spreadsheet
  • If no Export button, pressing CTRL+E will also prompt to save data to an Excel spreadsheet
  • Grid forms allow for copy/paste to Excel
• Outlook
  • MicroSoft have released their new Outlook Version. DCM is now compatible with this version
• AdvaPACS
  • DCM integrates with AdvaPACS via HL7 Out
  • Appointment Types can be flagged as REST or STRESS resulting in the one Succession ID being used for both

Microsoft Teams

• DCM Integrates with Microsoft Teams. Ideal for TeleHealth Appointments
  • TeleHealth Appointment Types are flagged as TeleHealth
  • On making a TeleHealth Appointment, there is the prompt to Create Meeting and send an SMS and/or Email to the Client
• Templates (AutoText)
  • SMS Templates are setup in Utilities - Templates (AutoText) - SMS with the relevant template being allocated to the Appointment Type
  • These Templates can also be flagged to populate on Email
  • Instructions on how to use Microsoft Teams can be linked from the SMS and/or Email
• There is a new column in List View headed TeleHealth. Statuses are
  • Sent
  • Accepted
  • Declined
  • Waiting in Lobby
  • In Progress
  • Completed
• These Statuses will also show in Appointment Details in the Calendar View
• When the status is Waiting in Lobby, right click on the appointment and select Join Teams Meeting

  • DCM requires the .NET Framework. This has been upgraded to 4.8
• Deployment Technology
  • DCM was designed to be deployed using Click Once Installation. However, over the years, DCM also is installed using MSI (MicroSoft Installer). All DCM Clients will now be using MSI

The CONTROL Center

  • For those who integrate with HL7, there is a notification on the top left-hand side of The CONTROL Centre informing if the HL7 Service is running or not
