Enquiries is highlighted with the number of Requests shown
Select Add to List to add an Enquiry
Search to see if the Client is in DCM. If not, Add New
Complete the Enquiry detail
- Enquiry Status will be New
- Client Status will be New, if a new Client, or Active if an existing client
The Enquiry is noted on the Client Record to the right of Status
The Enquiry will also be listed under Appointments in the Client Record
