Appointment Requests is highlighted with the number of Requests shown

Select Add to List

Search to see if the Client is in DCM. If not, Add New

Complete the Appointment detail

Client Status will be New, if a new Client, or Active if an existing client

Appointment Status is Requested

Appointment Requested is noted on the Client Record to the right of Client Status

Requested Appointments are listed under Appointments in the Client Record
