Appointment
Priority
- Separate to Enquiry Priorities
- Select Priority to add/edit Priorities
- Priority column is viewable on List View and as an option on the Appointment in Calendar View
Reason
Cancel and Delete are selected on the Appointment form. Reasons for Cancel and Delete cannot be accessed from the Appointment Form nor when changing the Appointment Status to Cancelled or Deleting an appointment by pressing Delete on the keyboard.

Cancelled Appointments still show on the List and Calendar View unless the option to Hide Cancelled Appointments is selected in Utilities - Configure - General - Per Machine Properties
Status

- Can also be managed in the Calendar View by selecting Manage Appointment Type
Category
- Clients can be allocated to a Category or Group in the Client Record General section for Reporting

Enquiry

- Where did you hear about us?
- Selecting Other on the Enquiry Form will display a field to enter a Source not listed. This will save to the list.

- Select to Add/View
- Enquiry Status cannot be edited if they are triggered by an action

Type
- Select to Add/Edit the type of Enquiries
- This table can be launched from the Enquiry Form by selection [...] to the right of Type:
Group
- Clients can be allocated to a Category or Group in the Client Record General section for Reporting
- Add/Edit Groups here
Next of Kin / Contact Type
- On selecting Relationship in Client Contacts, there is the prompt to add Contact Type
Occupation
- Select to Add/Edit
- Occupation can be selected in the Client Record in the General Section
Status
- Select to Add/Edit
- Client Status defaults to Active on adding a new Client Record
- Client Status defaults to Enquiry on adding a new Enquiry
- Change the Status to Deceased and there is the prompt for Date of Death (DOD)
