- Always search first to ensure that a Client is not already in the DCM database ... Search First – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)
- Select Add
- Enter detail
- Only first and last name fields are mandatory
- Enter detail tabbing through each field
- On tabbing from Country, the record will Save
- Otherwise, select Save on the sidebar
Client Portal
- You may choose for the Client to complete/update their details from their portal
- Select Portal - Send Email or SMS on the sidebar
- An existing Template will populate for you to edit or select another
- Select Send
- Client logs on to their Portal that will display your brand
- A Welcome page appears, the details of which can be managed by you
- They are prompted to Confirm My Info
- The Federal Privacy Act displays for them to acknowledge and Save
- On saving, this is saved to their Client Record in Communications recording the date and time of saving
- On Saving, they can complete their details
