Create the Appointment
- Ensure you have the Client's Email and/or Mobile saved
- Appointments are made as normal selecting a Telehealth Appointment Type
- Respond Yes to send the Microsoft Teams Invite
- Select Send Email or Send SMS or Send Both
- Option to update Email or Mobile in the Client Record
- Edit the SMS message, if necessary, prior to sending
- SMS sent successfully
- Select OK
Manage the Appointment
Telehealth Appointments can be viewed and managed in both Calendar and List View
View
- To view detail in Calendar, have Teams Meeting Status selected in Layout Options
- To view the detail in List, have Teams Meeting Status and Teams Reminder Sent column showing
Send Appointment Details
- If Meeting Invitation is not sent on Booking (above), right-click on the booking in either Calendar or List View and select Teams - Send Meeting Invitation - Email or SMS
- Teams Meeting Status is now Sent
- On Client responding, the response is shown in Appointment Confirmation
Send Appointment Reminder
- Right-click on the Appointment and select Send - Appointment Reminder
- Appointment Reminder Sent is checked
- Appointment Confirmation status changes to REMINDER SENT
Launch the Meeting
- Right-click on the Appointment and select Teams - Join Meeting
- Microsoft Teams meeting is launched for you to Join now
- Appointment Status and Teams Meeting Status changes to Meeting Now
- On ending the Meeting, the Status change to Completed
Invoice
- Right-click and select Invoice Client
- If rate is Bulk Bill, the request for Assignment of Benefit (AoB) can be sent at this point in time and the invoice will not be transmitted until the benefit has been assigned
- If rate is Private, the invoice can be emailed or an SMS sent with link to the Client Portal for Payment
