- The Claim is approved and awaiting receipt of payment
Completed
- The Claim is completed
- Claims are completed automatically on selecting Get all BB/DVA or Get Eclipse Payments and the amount claimed is paid in full
- Claims can be completed manually
Health Fund Rejected
- The Claim may have been approved by Medicare, but the Health Fund has rejected it
Incomplete (default status)
- This lists all Claims that have not been Completed
Medicare approved and with Health Fund
- Medicare has approved the claim and waiting on a response from the Health Fund
Medicare Rejected
- Medicare has Rejected the Claim
Not Transmitted
- The Claim has been created but not Transmitted
Removed from Processing
- The Claim may have been created in error and needs to be removed
Reports Available
- The Claim has not been paid, or the payment is different to what has been claimed
- Right-click and select Get Report to view
- Select Accept or resolve the issue and Resubmit Now or Resubmit Later
Transmitted
- The Claim has been Transmitted and is awaiting payment
- NB: Payments are not received into DCM for Patient Claims
