Client Communications
- New Workflow on generating Specialist Letters or any letter report that includes Referral Bookmarks
- On selecting the template, the Client Referral form opens to confirm the Referrer and select any others to be CC'd. Additional Referrers/Associates can be added
- If generating the Letter/Report from the QuickPrint Menu, the above will occur and on closing/saving the Letter/Report, the Client Communications form is open to edit if necessary and send
Digital Services
- On opening a Client Record, it will automatically search for the Individual Health Identifier (IHI) if one does not exist. The IHI is required if integrating with My Health Record (MHR)
Transaction Date changes on printing
- The Transaction Date changes to the date it is printed for Private and Pension/HCC rates only.
- This feature was added for our clients who create lists from an upstream application (eg: LIS, RIS, Oncology) where the transaction date defaults to the date of service but they do not print/email invoices until a later date
