Medicare Australia Online - Web Services
This release includes the change to Web Services for Medicare Processing as mandated by Medicare
eFax
Right-click menu on Communications now includes the eFax menu.
- On first selecting, you will be prompted to enter your efax domain. There are various providers. Here are two:
- Ensure in Contact Management - Referrers/Surgeons there is a Fax Number entered per Location. If not, on eFaxing, selecting the Referrer/Surgeon, you will be prompted to enter one at that point in time
- The Referrer/Surgeon also requires an Address, or at least the Suburb, as DCM will then automatically precede the correct CountryCode and StateCode to the Fax Number. If no Suburb entered, on eFaxing, you will be prompted to enter one at that point in time
Client Alerts and Notes
As you know, should there be Client Alerts and/or Client Notes, there is a tick in the checkbox on List View. Click on the tick and the Alerts/Notes form opens to view or add. If all the Alerts/Notes have been flagged as Archived, there will be no tick.
