Client Contacts is used for recording details about:
- Next Of Kin (NOK)
- Guarantors
- Employers
- Existing Insurer/Company Contacts
- Existing Clients
- Existing Client Contacts
A Client can have none or many contacts.
Selecting the 'Payer' check box results in being able to generate an invoice where the Payer is the Contact
Adding a New Contact
- Select Client - Contacts
- Select Add on the sidebar or press CTRL+A to add a New Contact resulting in a new grid line being created for you to enter relevant detail in the form above the grid
- Select Copy Contact info from Client to populate fields with this detail eliminating the need to re-enter data
- Select Payer and enter and verify Medicare Details resulting in on Invoicing, the Payer being this Contact
Adding an Existing Contact
- Select Existing on the sidebar to add an Existing Contact resulting in your selecting an Existing Contact that could be an Existing Insurer/Company Contact
- Select Manage to add/edit Insurers/Companies and their Contacts
- Only Insurers/Companies with Contacts are listed
- Select Accept
Adding an Existing Client as a Contact
- Select Existing Client to select an existing Client
- Select Accept
Adding an Existing Client's Contact
- Select Existing Contact to select an Existing Client's Contacts
- Select Accept
Edit a Contact
- Select Client Contacts
- Select the Contact in the Grid to edit.
- Change detail in the fields above
Delete a Contact
- Select Client Contacts
- Select the Contact in the Grid to Delete
- Select Delete on the sidebar.
