- Client Communications, including Results, Referrals and other files (Discharge Summaries, Event Summaries, Specialist Letters), are stored in the Client Record. These can also be accessed and managed under Regular Tasks - Communications/Results
- Communications created from Client Communications can be flagged to be Reviewed and managed here
- Results and Referrals are downloaded via HL7 or via a direct feed from the Pathology or Radiology Lab or other ... Downloading Results and Referrals (zendesk.com)
- If there are Communications/Results with the Status To Be Actioned, a red envelope displays in The CONTROL Centre
- Selecting the red envelope takes you to Regular Tasks - Communications/Results - To Be Actioned
