Entering Requests for Appointments manually
- Select Choose a View: Appointment Requests
- Select Add to List
- Search to see if the Client already is in DCM. If not, Add New
- Complete the Appointment detail
- Client Status will be New, if a new Client, or Active if an existing client
- Appointment Requested will be noted on the Client Record to the right of Status
- Requested Appointments will also be listed under Appointments in the Client Record
Populating Requests for Appointments via your Web
- These Requests from your Web will populate automatically
- Choose a View: Appointment Requests is highlighted with the number of Requests shown
Managing Requests for Appointments
- Staff convert the request to an appointment that then appears in the List and Calendar View
- An SMS is automatically sent to the Client with a link to their portal to complete detail (eg: demographics, insurance, health summary, Informed Financial Consent (IFC), Request for Service, PreAdmission Questionnaire)
- On completing the documentation online, the pdf is uploaded to Client Communications and the Appointment Status is IFC Completed or RFS Completed or PAQ Completed or other
