To setup the Enquiries
- Go to Utilities - Lookups - Client - Enquiry and click on the + sign to expand
- Select Priority to enter Priority Options (eg: Normal, High, Low, Urgent)
- Select Reason to enter Cancel or Delete reasons
- Select Source to enter a list of 'How did you hear about us'
- Select Status to add and maintain Enquiry Statuses
- New
- FU1
- FU2
- FU3
- Converted
- Did not progress
- Select Type to add and maintain Enquiry Types. This can also be accessed from the Enquiry form by clicking on [...]
- Treatment One
- Treatment Two
