Notifications are sent resulting in a pop-up on the bottom RHS of your screen. These may be informing you of Fee Updates, Medicare Degradation of Service or other information. Should you not read the Notification at the time of receipt, there will be a little green envelop up to the left of the Calendar letting you know of unread Notifications. Select this to open the Notifications form.
You can view past Notifications in Links and Support - Notifications
If not working as it should, perhaps you have Notifications turned off.
- In Search on your taskbar key in Notifications
- Select Notifications and Actions
- Ensure Notifications is ON
