HCP Reporting

  • Added a white space trim check on assigning the DRG value to the report

Search Entities Data source

  • Removed the validation rule for FirstName where it was set to required. This resulted in the red exclamation mark displayed on the grid

Client Appointment form

  • Fixes on creating an appointment that the admission time was added for non Theatre Booking appointment type

HL7 Management form

  • Fixes to object null reference error

List View

  • Fixes on 'Next Appointment' and  'Previous Appointment' showing incorrect appointment dates
  • (SelectAppointmentListView.sql SQL stored procedure) - added a check to exclude any appointment requests from the List view
  • Fixes on Calendar and List view where the deleted appointments are now removed straight away

Audit Table

  • Fixes on Audit Client Appointment, to return the correct Referral (Referrer Name). SQL procedures: Select_Audit_ClientAppointment}.sql, Select_Audit_ClientAppointment_By_ClientId.sql

SQL Function

  • Fixes on {GetReferrerSurgeonForClientSearch}.sql to return the most recent referral. This is referenced in the Ref/Sug column in the List view and also the Search Client form
  • Added a new SQL Function ({GetReferralExpiryDateAsDate}.dql) to check if a referral is valid, and referenced in the List view and Search Client (Ref/Surg column), to also return the text '(multiple Referrals)' if more than one current.

Client Form

  • Consolidated the UseSecurity check, to only check the database on launching the client form if security (username and password logon to DCM) is turned on

Calendar View

  • Fixes on some appointment types are not able to be selected (not showing) for an entity when creating an appointment. This is due to the DoctorID being set in the list view and carried over to the Calendar view. The fix involved resetting the DoctorID, BusinessLocationID, and ReferrerID to -1 when transitioning from the List to the Calendar view
  • Calendar AM. Changes on SelectAppointmentListView.sql
  • Fixes on Calendar and List view where the deleted appointments are now removed straight away

Client Referral

  • Changes on Client Referrals dataset query (dsClient.Referral) where current Referrals are listed on the top of the list
  • Removed the default sorting of the Comments field in the Client Referrals grid

SQL Function

  • Fixes on SQL Function on returning duplicates of Doctor Name.
  • Fixes on returning just the Doctor Name when there are no active Doctor Locations instead of blanks (empty space)

Calendar View

  • Calendar control fixes and enhancements. Show Cancelled checkbox is now shown in the Calendar Control. Cancelled appointments are now shown in the Calendar when the Show Cancelled checkbox is ticked. When appointments are cancelled via the Calendar view, it hides/removes the appointment right away without clicking the Refresh button

Utilities

  • Audit Appointment script (Select_Audit_Appointment.sql and Select_Audit_Appointment_ByClientID.sql), returned Lookup Appointment Type Description

  • Fixes to completed appointments to be hidden from the list view unless Show Completed checkbox is ticked

SQL function

  • Fixes included E5 (episode record) written to the XMT file. 
  • Re-include Unplanned Return To Theatre in E5_2023 for the period between 01.07.2022 - 30.06.2023 The Unplanned Return To Theatre has been moved to X5 (diagnosis record) for 2023-2024 period.

Calendar View 

  • When copying appointment (Ctrl+Click+Drag) from the Calendar, it now assigns the Entity as the client referral for one episode in the copied appointment
