Reactivate an Expired or Locked B2B Device
If your B2B device has expired or become locked, you can reactivate it by generating a new Device Activation Code. When you generate the new code, you will receive a unique activation code that is valid for 24 hours.
Make sure to record this code, as it is not stored anywhere in PRODA. Once you enter the new code and see the B2B Device Activation was successful message, the device status in PRODA will update to Active, and the Expiry Date will refresh.
