Internet Information Services (IIS)
The DCM Client and Provider Portals require Internet Information Services (IIS) to be enabled.
Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows® Server is a flexible, secure and manageable Web server for hosting anything on the Web. From media streaming to web applications, IIS's scalable and open architecture is ready to handle the most demanding tasks.
Many DCM clients choose to enable IIS on a separate server to the DCM database for extra security.
Security
- The Provider/Entity must be setup in the DCM database
- Multi-Factor Authentication can be enabled
- The Client Portal URL is encrypted
- The Client Portal can be Deactivated
- The Enter key is disabled on Logon
How to access
