- Select an existing Login to edit
- Select Add on the Sidebar to add a new member
- Enter details
- Select Next
- Select the Locations and Entities that the user can view
- Select Next
- Select the Digital Services that this user can access
- Select Next
- Select Preferences. Only the Master Role can select preferences in the Master Settings
- Select Next
- Enter SMS account details for this user (optional)
- Select Next
- Setup MFA (optional)
- Select Next
- Select Finish
