- Appointment Types listed under Entity (All) can be selected by all Entities unless Appointment Types are set up for each Entity, in which case only those will be listed
- Appointment Types are listed in the order they are entered. To change the order of this listing, use the Display Order column
- Item Codes can be mapped to the Appointment Type to automatically populate on the IFC/Invoice. One or many Item Codes can be mapped. If more than one, separate with a comma
- Appointment Types can be Deactivated if not longer in use. Do not overtype the Description as that will impact on all previous Appointments
- There is an Audit to show who created and updated the Appointment Type
- SMS Templates can at mapped to the Appointment Type
- If flagged as a Theatre Booking, the Appointment Form changes to enter/display Theatre Details
