On selecting a MIMS medication, the Dose and Form tables are populated automatically and added to the Table if they do not already exist.

You can then select Frequency, Food and Region

Should you wish to edit or add other Table detail, this can be done ...

• Within the Clinical Module when adding a Medication or generating a Prescription by adding a new item in the field above Dose, Form, Frequency, Food and Region
• Or selecting Medication Lookups on the sidebar

• Or going to Utilities - Lookups - Clinical - Medications
