- Ensure all is setup to enable MHR functionality
- The Client MHR can be accessed by right-clicking on the appointment on the List or Calendar View and selecting Clinical - MHR
- It can also be accessed from within the Client record by clicking on the MHR icon on the sidebar
- Client Record will display one of the following icons on the sidebar:

The Client has an active MHR that you can view and access

The Client has an MHR accessible with an access code or via emergency access. This icon will have a lock

A MonoChrome MHR icon if no MHR or it is hidden.

- The Upload documents to MHR checkbox if ticked enables the Upload to MHR menu in Communication

- The following clinical documents can be uploaded to MHR
- Advanced Health Directive
- Discharge Summary
- eHealth Prescription Record
- Event Summary
- Electronic Referral: In, Out or a Letter
- Shared Health Summary
- Specialist Letter (rename the Report to Referrer template to be Specialist Letter)
Specialist Letter
- Naming the Word Template Specialist Letter on creating auto populates the Type as Specialist Letter
- Any file, no matter the name, on selecting Communication Type Specialist Letter can be Uploaded to MHR
- Right-click on the Communication and select Upload to MHR
- The following will appear ensuring that necessary detail is recorded in order to Upload
- Resolve any issues
- Select Upload
