- Prior to finalising an Invoice, you may be waiting for further information
- Select the HOLD button on the sidebar of the Invoice to Hold it. The Appointment Status will change to Invoice Held and the Invoice colour will change to orange
- The Account Balance in Client Transactions includes Invoices Held
- Held Invoices do not show on Reports
- They can be listed by selecting Show Held in Client Transactions or in Find Transactions select Transaction Type Held
- Should the Medical Provider be using the DCM Provider Portal and generating an Invoice from the Portal, it is recommended for the Appointment Status to default to Invoice Held for staff to confirm detail prior to claiming
- To take an Invoice off HOLD, either right-click on it and select Take off Hold or with the Invoice in Edit Mode, click on the HOLD button on the sidebar
