• Select Recurrence on the sidebar of the Appointment Form

• Select the Recurrence Pattern
• Select the Range of Recurrence

• The Appointment now shows the recurring symbol informing you that this appointment is part of a series

• On editing the appointment, there is the prompt to change just this one occurrence or to change the entire series

• On selecting Change this occurrence, the recurring symbol will now look like this informing you that it was part of a series

• On selecting Change the series, the entire series will change

Use the Recurring Appointment feature to setup Schedules
