• Go to Regular Tasks - Admissions - Manage Admissions
• Select Date Range and Search

• Admissions with a green font are valid
• Admissions with a red font require validation

• Double click to open an Admission
• Right-click to view menu options

• Admission requirements vary per state ... HCP and PHDB Statutory Reporting – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)
• The IHC (In Hospital Claim) button appears on the Admission meeting the Health Fund Contract

Claim

• Claim detail populates when the Admission is created from the IFC/Invoice

Procedures

• Principal Procedure populates from the Claim
• Select Other Procedures to add more

• Highlight a row and press Delete on the keyboard to remove

Diagnoses

• Select the Principal Diagnosis
• Select Other Diagnosis to add more
• The 3M Grouper returns/updates the DRG

• Select Clinical on the sidebar to view the Clinical Notes
• Select View Past Notes
