Email any issues detailing as much as you can about the issue and have in the Subject:
System/Minor ID – Severity X
where X is the Level of Severity and Subject is a brief heading of the issue. If too much detail is in the Subject of the email, it may go to Spam.
Screen Shots are good. Ensure you press ALT+PrintScrn so you are only copying the actual form and not the entire monitor/s.
You will also find under the Links and Support menu Stack Trace (F12).
This records any exceptions and provides detail of date, time Device Name and other technical detail that can assist us in assessing the issue. Right-click on the exception and you can email it directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
