Setup Portals – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)
- If all features have been enabled in DCM Utilities - Configure - Portals - Client Portal, the Portal allows for clients/patients to complete the following
- View and Request an Appointment
- View shared files and upload others
- Complete a Health Summary
- Complete/update their detail. They are prompted to acknowledge The Federal Privacy Act of 2998 and Payment Terms and Conditions. On doing so, this is saved in the DCM Client Record in Communications
- View Referrers and Associates and Upload Referral Letters
- View Reminders and Results
- A To Do list (default view)
- Confirm My Info
- Complete Informed Financial Consent
- Complete PreAdmission Questionnaire (PAQ)
- Complete Feedback forms (a future release)
- View Transactions and make payments
- The Portal scales to the device being used
How to access the Portal
- Client/Patient may receive an SMS that is triggered by an event
- DCM Utilities - Configure - SMS - SMS Trigger
- Enable SMS Trigger on generating Informed Financial Consent (IFC)
- Enable SMS Trigger on generating PreAdmission Questionnaire (PAQ)
- DCM Utilities - Configure - SMS - SMS Trigger
- Right-click in List View
- Right-click in Calendar View
- From within the Client Record by selecting Portal on the sidebar
- On selecting Send in SMS, the following will appear
- You can create other SMS templates to select by going to Manage AutoText
