Overview
Requests
Requests to Pathology, Radiology Labs are generated from the Clinical Module. They can be requested directly from the Requests/Results section; however, it is recommended that they are requested from a Progress Note.
Requests print to Pre-Printed Stationery. Pathology Request forms follow a standard layout. Radiology Request forms do not.
These Requests are handed to the Patient to take with them to their choice of Labs/Locations.
