Setup Portals – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)

What sets the DCM PAQ apart from others, is that it utilises IIS providing 2-way communication between the Portal and the DCM desktop app.

• Client/Patient selects Complete PreAdmission in the To Do section

• This opens the PreAdmission Information Sheet that you setup and maintain

• On closing the PreAdmission form loads

• On entering mandatory detail and selecting Next, they are moved to the Discharge Plan

• On entering mandatory detail and selecting Next, they are moved to the Health Summary. Detail here may have previously populated in the DCM Clinical Module with the Nurse or Provider. Detail entered or updated here will update the DCM Clinical Module

• Selecting Next takes them to the Compliance section

• On selecting Submit

• The PreAdmission PDF is now available in Client Communications in the Client Record and detail has been updated in the DCM App
