Create
- Agree on a time slot in the Calendar and double click to search if client is existing
- If existing, select and the Appointment form appears
- If not existing, Add client detail and on close, the Appointment form appears
- Select Appointment Type and other options
- Selecting a Standard Procedure populates description and billable item codes in Comments. These Item Codes flow on to the Invoice
- Selecting a Template populates Comments to save repetition of data entry
Change Client
- Should a booking be made for the wrong client, this can be changed to the correct client by selecting Change Client on the sidebar
- You cannot change the client if an IFC and/or invoice has been associated with this booking
Recurring
- If a recurring appointment, select Recurrence on the Sidebar
- Select Detail and OK
- Recurring Appointments can be used for Scheduling ... Schedules – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)
Reschedule
- Select to open the Calendar to reschedule the appointment
Request
- Appointment Requests – Direct CONTROL Medical (DCM)
- Can be used to pre-assess or Wait List clients
Cancel
- Select to Cancel an Appointment
- Select a reason
- Cancelled Appointments can be hidden from view if Hide Cancelled Appointments is selected in Utilities - General - Per Device Properties. Select Show Cancelled Appointments to view them in The CONTROL Centre - List View
- Select Load Cancelled when generating Reports - Appointments to view
- A cancelled appointment can be restored simply by changing the Appointment Status back to an active state (e.g., Booked, Confirmed, Arrived, etc.)
Delete
- Select to Delete an Appointment
- Select a reason
- Select Load Deleted when generating Reports - Appointments to view
- A deleted appointment can be restored by selecting Undelete in Client Record - Appointments - Show Deleted
Add to List
- In the List View select Add to List to add an appointment
- This is normally used for Walk-ins, or
- If creating a List for billing. Used by Billing Agents
